Credentials:
Bsc (hon), anatomy and physiology, Bsc (hon) sports nutrition, MBBS (Bachelor of medicine, bachelor of surgery), MRCOG,  level 3 personal training, level 4 strength and conditioning. 30 years experience in all aspects of bodybuilding, up to pro level.

Can advise on all aspects from training, nutrition, health, diet plans, competition preparation, cycle advice, blood test analysis and PCT.

Initial consultation to assess needs and address which aspect help is needed with.

Additional sessions may be needed as required depending on needs.
